Rally to Protect the Pines!

On Tuesday, join us for a rally and protest at the Statehouse in front of Governor Christie’s office. We’re telling him to protect the Pinelands and stop trying to push through dangerous pipelines like South Jersey Gas. We stopped the SJG pipeline once, defeated it a second time, and now we need to beat them a third time! In 2014, the Pinelands Commission voted down this same proposal because it violated the Comprehensive Management Plan. Even though the facts and the application have not changed, the Christie Administration is still strong arming the Pinelands Commission to move forward with this application.
The Pinelands Commission is meeting on Friday, February 24th and that’s why we’re rallying on Tuesday to show them that the people of New Jersey oppose this pipeline and they need to deny it! Join us for a rally at the Statehouse in Trenton on Tuesday to make say that we oppose the SJG Pipeline and are standing up to protect the Pinelands!
